The Polish Bakery was founded in 2003 and is the oldest Polish bakery in the UK. Known for making bread in the traditional Polish way, the brand has built its reputation on quality, heritage and authentic baking.
2Sisters PR worked with The Polish Bakery across a number of campaigns, supporting brand awareness, product launches, influencer outreach, media coverage and high-profile events.
Objective
Our objective was to increase awareness of The Polish Bakery brand and introduce its products to a wider UK audience.
The work focused on building visibility, generating press coverage, supporting new product launches and helping the brand reach new customers through influencers, events, sponsorships and national media.
Campaign
2Sisters PR supported The Polish Bakery with PR strategy, influencer outreach, product launch campaigns, event planning, sponsorship opportunities and media relations.
For one campaign, we arranged a product review with a leading UK-based vlogger whose YouTube channel had 45 million views, helping bring the brand to a wider online audience.
For the launch of The Polish Bakery’s chia bread, we created an influencer-led product campaign, sending the new product to more than 60 bloggers and encouraging reviews across blogs and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
To introduce the brand to a broader British audience, we also organised high-profile London events, including a Christmas party at the Polish Heart Club in South Kensington and a launch event at Icetank in Covent Garden. Both events were designed to attract celebrities, bloggers, press and new potential customers.
Our work included guest outreach, influencer engagement, press liaison, event planning, sponsorship activity and on-site event management.
Results
The Polish Bakery gained significant visibility across online, social and national media channels.
The YouTube review campaign received more than 41,000 views in the first three weeks and helped increase traffic to The Polish Bakery’s website and social media channels.
The chia bread launch generated strong influencer engagement, with more than 60 bloggers testing the product and sharing feedback online. This exposed the product to a large audience across blogs and social media.
The London events attracted strong attendance from VIPs, influencers, bloggers and press, including Lizzie Cundy, Sabrina Chakici and Lady Nadia Essex.
The campaigns secured national media coverage in titles including The Sunday Times, Daily Mail, Mail Online, The Sun, Reveal, OK! Magazine and Mirror, introducing The Polish Bakery to millions of potential customers across the UK.
