Refund Policy

At 2Sisters PR, we provide digital and online services, including PR support, marketing support, SEO support, social media support, website content, online visibility support, consultancy and related digital business services.

As our services are digital, bespoke and time-based, there are no physical products to return.

The word “product” on our website refers to a digital service package, not a physical item.

Cancellations before work has started

If you purchase a service from us online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase, provided that we have not yet started working on your service.

However, all services purchased through 2Sisters PR are digital, bespoke and time-based. By placing an order online, you agree that work on your service may begin immediately after purchase.

Once work has started, you will not be able to cancel the service for a full refund. This is because time, research, preparation, planning, advice, SEO review, website review, content work, account review, communication or other digital work may already have been carried out.

If the service has already been started, delivered, completed or made available to you, it is not normally refundable, unless required by law.

To request a cancellation before work has started, please contact us at office@2sisterspr.co.uk with your name, order number and the service purchased.

Services that start immediately

All services purchased online through 2Sisters PR are intended to begin immediately after purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

This means that once your order is placed, we may begin reviewing your information, researching your business, checking your website or social media accounts, preparing advice, planning your service, writing content, reviewing SEO, preparing recommendations or carrying out other work connected to your order.

Because our work is digital and time-based, once this work has started, the service cannot normally be cancelled for a full refund.

Completed services

Once a service has been fully provided, completed, delivered or made available to you, it is not refundable.

This includes completed consultations, audits, reports, strategy documents, website reviews, SEO reviews, social media reviews, written content, PR advice, marketing advice, online visibility support, digital recommendations, calls, email advice or any other completed digital service.

Part-completed services

If we agree to cancel a service after work has started, any refund will be at our discretion and will take into account the work already completed.

We may deduct the value of any time, research, planning, preparation, communication, advice, review work, written work or other digital work already carried out.

Any refund, where applicable, will only relate to work that has not yet been started or completed.

Digital documents and materials

Where your order includes digital documents, reports, written content, templates, audits, recommendations, strategy notes or other digital materials, these are not refundable once they have been supplied, emailed, accessed, downloaded, delivered or otherwise made available to you.

Results and expectations

We always aim to provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

However, PR, marketing, SEO, social media and online visibility services cannot guarantee specific results. We do not guarantee particular Google rankings, website traffic, sales, enquiries, press coverage, social media engagement, follower growth, leads, bookings or business outcomes.

Any examples, projections, ideas or recommendations are provided as guidance only. Results may vary depending on many factors outside our control, including competition, platform changes, search engine updates, customer demand, your website, your industry, your location and how recommendations are implemented.

If there is a problem with your service

If you believe there is a problem with the service we have provided, please contact us at office@2sisterspr.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include your name, order number, the service purchased and a clear explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, may offer a correction, clarification, additional support, partial refund or another reasonable solution.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the funds in your account.
